This page is designed to provide members with detailed descriptions of programming and facility changes as well as health and safety guidelines for patrons. 

The fall semester hours of operation for the Ramsey Student Center and Pound Hall is as follows: 


  • Monday-Friday: 6 a.m.- 9 p.m. 
  • Saturday: 12 p.m.- 6 p.m. 
  • Sunday: 3 p.m.- 9 p.m. 

Pound Hall: 

  • Monday-Friday: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. & 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. 
  • Saturday: CLOSED 
  • Sunday: CLOSED  

Group Fitness Classes 
Classes are scheduled to restart on Monday, August 24.  Fitness classes will follow current health and safety guidelines. 

Fitness Free Week 
August 24-30 
Attend fitness classes free (includes Small Group Training). Limited spots available, please be sure to arrive early to secure your spot in class. 

Personal Training 
Virtual Personal Training  
Rec Sports virtual personal training offers individualized programs tailored to your health and fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers possess the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective at-home fitness programs that will assist you in continuing your fitness journey. 

In-Person Personal Training 
Once Ramsey reopens, in-person personal training will be offered. Members may choose which option best meets their needs. 

Virtual Teambuilding 
Virtual teambuilding is now available through Rec Sports. This opportunity is designed to foster a team environment and provides opportunities for enriching connections with one another.  Challenge Course Facilitators guide activities via Zoom that open the door for learning more than just surface level facts about each other while requiring teamwork to solve problems.
